By accessing everestairaz.com or engaging Everest Air & Plumbing for service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Service performed by Everest Air & Plumbing is governed by an individual service agreement signed at the time of each appointment. The service agreement defines scope, timeline, pricing, warranty terms, and any maintenance plan terms.
On-site assessments are free for standard service calls. Pricing for service work is established and approved before work begins. If scope changes during the appointment, your technician communicates the change and obtains approval before proceeding.
Every job completed by Everest is backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no cost. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and vary by product.
The Everest name, logo, trademarks, website content, and brand materials are the property of Everest Air & Plumbing. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Everest materials without written permission.
Everest provides everestairaz.com on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for service work is governed by the signed service agreement for the project.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
